my experience with cloudflare workers is somewhat limited but based on what i know, i don't think that would really work. afaik the whole point of cloudflare workers is short-lived computation distributed at edge? while lila is a single centralized and long-running application.

Yes, and you would have to compile to WASM, but Lila compiles to JVM bytecode, and is ran like that
