Dear Lichess Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I've encountered regarding the Streamer Trophy on my Lichess profile. I received a notification two days ago stating that my stream page is now public. However, I did not receive the Streamer Trophy on my profile as expected.

After researching the matter, I learned that doing a stream is a prerequisite for the trophy to appear on my profile. Therefore, I conducted a one-hour stream with "lichess.org" in the name of the stream, but regrettably, the trophy is still not present on my profile. I have a few questions that I hope you can help me with:

  • How can I resolve this issue and make the Streamer Trophy appear on my profile?
  • Should I add "/live" after my channel ID to the "Your YouTube channel ID" field on the Streamer Page?
  • Should I change my channel ID from "UCOQu0rQV3uNoyw423gtBI7A" to "@ukr_chess" if my channel is also accessible via the URL https://www.youtube.com/@ukr_chess?

There is nothing we can do, we’ve reported the problem to youtube and they won’t fix it. The only thing you can do is stream again and hope it’s picked this time, or switch to twitch
