I was playing in a game where it was my turn but when the opponent moved their queen, it said they were in check but then it was still my turn with my timer going down. It would not let me move and I automatically lost in the end because the timer went out. Is there any way to not have that game counted against me? I a have a picture of the situation that I can send as well.
