If you have the picture stored locally, you can upload it somewhere like imgbb, imgur and copy that link.

Alternatively you can send it on discord somewhere where you can post images and then right click/long press it and hit "copy link" (Not "copy message link"!) and send that. You can delete the image afterwards.
