#can user create new account when the account can't be restored?

I have created an issue https://github.com/lichess-org/lila/issues/12642 , according to the answer: if user lost password and then closed an account it's not possible to restore it, because email can't be sent, so what user should to do?Create a new account(but it restrict the rules) or what?

how many accounts do you have?

i mean, if your account is closed, you acn create another withbthe same email, if itsits just one or two account. I mean if you alredy have 4 accounts, it is not allowed. U can create if you want:)

The way we control access to your account is the password. The backup is your email, there is no backup to the backup.
