My rating never increases or decreases

Hello, I have recently started having problems with quick pairing. When I click on any given options, it takes several minutes before a game starts with an opponent. When it does, there is a red exclamation mark for my opponent saying they did not obey lichess terms. This is the same for each and every opponent I have. I also realised I have given the same person as a match one after another game. Also, matching people are usually above my rating so I am being matched with either way to higher rating or way to lower. All the opponents I am being matched have '?' marks next to them. And lastly, whether I win or lose a game, my rating never gets affected. What is going on? Any suggestions? #1054419006615982150
