#Confused about analysis evaluation!

tl;dr: I'm not sure whether to trust the cloud analysis you see upon importing a position. If it's sometimes accurate and sometimes totally inaccurate, is there a way for me to determine which is the case?

I imported this fen (it was produced vi chessvision ai scanning a board from a book, but the situation described here can be reproduced by just pasting the fen into an analysis board):
r1bqr1k1/3nbpp1/2p1pn1p/ppPp4/1P1P3B/P1NBPN2/5PPP/R2Q1RK1 w - - 0 1

Immediately it says:
Depth 39 CLOUD

  1. +1.5 Qc2
  2. +1.5 Ne2
  3. +1.4 Re1
If I move Qc2 my evaluation immediately becomes +2.2. Why wasn't that shown in the cloud analysis? When I start a new analysis board and make moves there's generally no/only a small difference between the prospective evaluation vs what I see when I select it. Why is the cloud analysis so different (wrong!) here?
If I move Bg3 I immediately see +2.4. It's not even on that list and it blows them all away!

Leaving this position running on a powerful desktop for a while to get to depth 39 I see:

  1. +2.2 Bc2
  2. +2.2 Bg3
  3. +2.2 h3
Just totally different lines. Bc2 seems inferior to Bg3 (I see +1.6) but it's possible if I leave that running on my desktop it'll end up closed to the evaluation I get for Bg3 (immediately, on inferior hardware).

Cloud just means someone else's computer - so it's somewhat expected that the eval will change with depth and/or hardware used. Sometimes the changes observed can be things like this
