I have a titled friend called Gabrieltricks2003 who is trying to verify his account gabrielperezperez. He has tried to verify his account and he has already filled the form but he is unable. Does anyone know what he has to do?

The error is that he has tried to verify his titled account

With some effort, rated games can be downloaded from here https://database.lichess.org/ then you would filter by username yourself
