Bug - Game freezes when changing my avatar.

as the title says. if i go to change my avatar the game will fully freeze and I will have to close the app and reload, i have not yet been able to successfully change it.

playing via apple arcade on iOS 26.1 iPhone 15 plus.

1.00.38.ios.aa.ww.1573 is the number that shows in the loading screen

my game version says 1.00.38 b1573

i can provide a screenshot if you’d like, but it’s just a frozen screen that would look like that avatar screen so i’m not sure how helpful it really is to you. i can screen share a video if that would be more helpful.

Where you at the world map, or inside one of the shops?

hey allen, i’ve tried it from both actually and it happens each time. i’ll take a recording. hang tight.

here, so that time it actually worked from the main shop level for the first time - every other time was from there and had the same reaction as when i went to the world menu.

this is a separate thing i noticed and its not impacting gameplay or choices at all, i don’t know if opening a new ticket is necessary but i am playing with Nate in his hockey customization, and it doesn’t seem to appear in the after level graphic.
