Block buffs from SPECIFIC players

Strictly speaking, buff parties arent even supposed to be a thing. That was something they tried and failed to kill a while back.
Making changes to accommodate something that isnt even supposed to be a feature wouldnt be something high on the priority list i'd imagine

Bind a Hotkey to Enable/Disable Music Buff Sharing and then just disable it right after you get the party buff

If the problem is that you're providing the buff, disable Receive altogether
