Unable to finish the quest. It was bugged and Soso never want to give me the Pouch. I was not able to move forward to next step. She just introduced who she is and say bye to me everyday.

apparently your suppose to talk to Soso with the check in your inventory i found that out yesteryday when i had the same issue
