The link 10 effect should have a built-in -2s on Lance Charge cooldown and up to -7s CDR for Dreadnaught Burst.

Or just fix dreadnaught burst CD to 5s. CD7 hat should not affect it.

Saw someone post on here suggesting potentially moving the CD to lance erg as well. Either way it needs fixing, it’s not okay as it is.

Anything that bridges the gap between cd7 and regular players will help. I don't want the arcana I love being locked behind an unrealistic requirement
