Solo Sidhe Fear Last Boss Bugged

Summary:
After getting boss to the next phase, character is unable to move or do any actions, except summoning pets.

Difficulty:
Advanced

Occurrence:
Always. This has happened 3 times now.

Details:
-Using Spirit of Tuning(Dual Guns) reduced boss to half
-White Cutscene plays, then character becomes stuck
-Nothing happens when clicking return
-Timer runs out but the timer box is still there
-Dying and respawning doesn't work
-Upon exiting instance still unable to move or do any actions (Re-logging fixes the no move/actions issue)
