Doesnt matter all weapons can be regenerated by talking to Blaanid to create them again
There are just problems to ask to give alts free Blaanid weapons when those alts havent started Blaanid themselves

just having blaanid weapons on an account without doing blaanid or having a arcana wouldn't help your gameplay at all. You could also just fund your alt with a demo weapon? I think the blaanid's should just come from completing the tutorial per character, and not be transfered.
