Details:
Supporting evidence is as follows:

1. Dungeon Guide "Rewards Information" appears to detail all possible end chest reward drops but does not include these items in any of the 3 Hard Mode Uladh Advanced Dungeons.

2. To date, there has been no Auction House listing/sale history of the corresponding possible completed Sewing Patterns or corresponding completed glove/shoe items (Refined Bohemian Bands/Shoes of both genders, Refined Cressida Gloves/Shoes, Refined Hebona Gloves/Shoes). By contrast, there are significant amounts of the Refined Cloth Hat/Bodywear crafted pieces and Sewing Patterns listing/sale history on the Auction House (i.e., the Refined Cloth Hat/Bodywear Sewing Pattern Fragments appear to be dropping normally). A disparity of this magnitude would be unprecedented if Glove/Shoe Fragments were dropping normally.

Update: a 3rd party source has claimed that, in the Korean servers, all 4 types of Refined Cloth Sewing Pattern Fragments (Hat, Body, Glove, Shoe) drop from the harder version of Rabbie Phantasm not yet released in NA, whereas the 3 Hard Mode Uladh Advanced Dungeons only contain Refined Cloth **Hat **and **Body **Pattern Fragments (no Glove/Shoe Fragments).

Maybe a quick check with the KR team would be helpful to verify whether those exclusions from Uladh drop pool were intended in the first place.

If determined to be intentional, it might be helpful to explain in the Nov 13, 2025 NA New Rise patch notes that Refined Cloth Glove and Shoe Sewing Pattern Fragments are not yet available and will only drop from the future-release harder version of Rabbie Phantasm (pictured current language in patch notes implies otherwise).

kr got it before they even release hard mode rabbie phantasm so

2025 8 28, was date kr got their hard mode phantasm at live server but yeah someone got one 2025-8-06 shoes sweing pattern frag from barri basic

its just really low rate you pull the thing out, and yeah its tgt with refined majestic and other previous updated manuals

I've been hearing rumors of this, and if this turns out to be the case, I feel like it should be clarified in the NA New Rise patch notes because the current language suggests it comes from Uladh Adv HM

As an aside, and this is just my opinion, but I don't see the reasoning in excluding only cloth glove and shoe fragments from Adv HM when cloth hat and body are included as well as all 4 variants of heavy fragments. Just feels oddly inconsistent, which is why I suggested that maybe Quuku could ask for clarification if he's in a position to do so

Also if you search Sewing Pattern - Refined Cressida shoe/glove/chest
and then select from the menu it brings up all other refined armors even though I search Cressida specifically. Seems likes a logic issue? Or I’m trippin
