Where have you gone? These weapon classes were a interesting option for Giants and Elves and it would be nice to see them return in the next updates or at least having Celtic/Purseus/Nightbringer variants added.
Something i have always considered as a unique aspect of Mabinogi was little things like this, that races had aspects which made them diverse, Elves not being able to use 2h or Lances, Giants not using Bows or Dual wielding 1h swords. I feel like it would be a loss for this aspect to fade.

there is a 1h axe at SL tier it is VERY strong. Atlatls are confirmed dead though, they specifically said they have no plans to add more content for it.

A good revival would be going with some Arcana related to the Mythology of Gáe Bulg,
"The Gáe Bulg had to be made ready for use on a stream and cast from the fork of the toes. It entered a man's body with a single wound, like a javelin, then opened into thirty barbs."
Something like Atlatl/ Chainblade, the dark erg of chainblade feels like it would fit the blossoming of barbs inflicted by the spear.

I hate to be that guy but, tower cylinders suffer greatly from the new fight design mabi has. You can't just set up somewhere and chill, that will kill you. Even if we got a full suite of tower cylinder weapons i think they would simply be bait.

I agree with the notion that Atlatls and 1h axes need more love. I don't think it has to be a racial thing. In fact, I'd love to have something to do with all these Feather Atlatls that keep dropping from Sylvan Dragon for my elf.

1h axes I think are in a good spot come new rise, just need more appearance scrolls.... Altatls I think unforunately are just gone for a few years atleast.
