Gen 22 - Finding Fleta

Haven't been able to find her. Tried multiple channels, and time spawn hours. I see the dog spawn but not her at the portal / red title area she is supposed to spawn.

I'm pretty new to the game so I don't understand the town names etc. Is there a basic idea of where she is located like north or south of the spawn point?

Ok thank you I'll try that again, not sure if the map was too big but didn't work for me when the dog came around
