YEAH I didn't claim my dye today and I thought I could play dye mini game again like the previous master plan events but it wouldn't let me D: I just pressed X to close the mini game to check a different mabi UI tab (dye mini game is always on top of all other tabs and doesn't fall behind other tabs when opening things like friends list, so the only way to see other things is to close the dye game).
I was so sad I missed out on a dye today because of this dumb bug...

While annoying, this has been how the event has worked since its original release years ago. It's probably something the devs could change though I can't remember if Doki Doki Island has it any different.

Doki Doki's verision lets you close out the mini game window with no ill effects. The daily usage gets flagged when you click a button selecting cloth dye or metal dye. This is very much an issue with just the summer event one, and kinda punishing when said mini game window is lagging at 5 FPS and the only fix is to restart the mini game or CC.
