Casual date sneakers are probably the closest thing to the sneakers that will allow you to dye the laces like that. The moonlit Wolf Tail or Moonlit Puffy cat tail look most similar in terms of vibe, with the wolf one having a little accessory you could do the gold on. For the jacket I would probably go with a cape such as the short faux fur coat or Mafia jacket.
As for the main costume, I'd think about what parts of the outfit matter most to me. If you dont care about the jacket being open, you could try the bunny parka outfit. If the collar and opacity of the dress is a must but you don't care about it covering skin, something like revealing swimsuit could work. If you want the ribbon across the chest and a dresslike feeling, the frilly nightgown might be more up your alley. That's just off the top of my head.
In terms of the hair, probably the fringed bob or Deirbhile hair and some sort of wiggling ears. Droopy kitty ears have the right shape but no accessories.
Depending on what you want to emphasize for the face slot, you could do the secret forest hairpin to mimic the bells on the hair, or even dark lord iron horns to mimic antennae, although they have an eye piece- maybe demonic forehead horns instead?
