Royal Artisan Updates

  • Royal Artisan Association has been added.

    • Content related to the Royal Artisan Association can be accessed through NPC Sinead.

  • The following Royal Artisan options are available:

    • Royal Blacksmith
    • Royal Tailor
    • Royal Enchanter

  • There can only be 50 of each type of Royal Artisan.

  • Requirements for Royal Artisan applications have been added/changed.

    • Royal Alchemist: All Alchemy-related Skills Rank 1, or Dan 3 where applicable.
    • Royal Blacksmith: Blacksmithing Dan 3.
    • Royal Tailor: Tailoring Dan 3.
    • Royal Enchanter: Enchanting Rank 1.

  • Royal Alchemist selection criteria has been changed:

    • Current criteria: Total Alchemy Skill ranks + Score based on Chapter 3 completion rate + Journal Score
    • New Criteria: Journal Score + Activity Score

  • In case of a tie during selection, the rankings will be determined with further criteria:

    • Highest total level.
    • In case of the same total level, the earliest Royal Artisan application time is used.

  • Royal Alchemist Journal Entry has been changed to a Royal Artisan Journal Entry.

  • Some journal achievements are now excluded from the Royal Artisan selection criteria:

  • Transformation Achievements (Champion, Dark Knight, Beast, Falcon)

  • Fashion Contest Achievements

  • Royal Artisan Achievements

  • Guild War Achievements

  • Journal Bonus Points points for Elf/Giant races have been changed from 110 to 60 points.

    • This change is due to Archery/Talent-related Journal Achievements.

  • Activity Score system for Royal Artisan selection criteria purposes:

    • Basic Score: 450 Points
    • Beginner Score: 600 Points
    • Intermediate Score: 300 Points
    • Advanced Score: 150 Points

  • Basic Points can be earned by staying connected and participating in the Tara Banquet.

    • Connection earns 2 points per 5 minutes, up to 120 points per day.
    • Tara Banquet earns 5 points per minute.

  • Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Points can be earned through Royal Missions from NPC Sinead.

  • Cancelling your Royal Artisan Status will reset your Activity Score.

  • The existing Activity Score system, which only applied to Royal Alchemists, will be deleted.

  • A list of Royal Artisans will be added.

    • You can view the player names and total Royal Artisan Score for each Royal Artisan type.

  • Some functions can be accessed by Royal Artisans without visiting Sinead, such as viewing the Royal Artisan list and checking your current Activity Score.

  • The Royal Alchemist's access to the Beginner Channel has been removed.

  • A new Stardust Form has been added for Royal Artisans.

  • 1st Titles exclusive to Royal Artisans will be added:

    • Royal Blacksmith 1st Title: Blacksmith Success Rate +3%, Blacksmith Quality +1
    • Royal Tailor 1st Title: Tailoring Success Rate +3%, Tailoring Quality +1
    • Royal Enchanter 1st Title: Enchant Success Rate +1%, Enchant Burn Success Rate +1%
      • Enchant and Enchant Burn Success Rates cannot exceed 90%.

  • Custom idle motions have been added for Royal Artisans:

    • Royal Blacksmith: when holding a Blacksmith Hammer
    • Royal Tailor: when holding a Tailoring Kit
    • Royal Enchanter: when holding Magic Powder

  • Royal Artisans always benefit from the following bonuses when using production skills:

    • Royal Alchemist
      • Party Bonus, Weather Bonus, Alchemy-related Samhain effect
    • Royal Blacksmith
      • Party Bonus, Weather Bonus, Production-related Alban Eiler effect
    • Royal Tailor
      • Party Bonus, Weather Bonus, Production-related Alban Eiler effect
    • Royal Enchanter
      • Enchant-related Lughnasadh effect

  • These Party and Weather Bonuses for Royal Artisans are always at maximum effect.

  • Signatures on items crafted by Royal Blacksmiths/Tailors will be changed.

    • It will be listed as "Royal Blacksmith [Name]'s work" or "Royal Tailor [Name]'s work"
    • Signature text color will be displayed in orange.

  • Crafting entrust requests has been added for Royal Blacksmiths and Tailors.

    • Requests can be made if the Royal Blacksmith/Tailor is the party leader.
    • Crafting bonuses are based on those of the Royal Blacksmith/Tailor
    • Crafter must provide crafting tools (Hammer/Tailoring Kit), requester must provide materials and Blacksmith Manual/Sewing Pattern.
    • Production Diaries will be updated for the Royal Artisan.
    • Items refunded through Grandmaster Tailoring's Unique Effect will be returned to the requester.

  • When entrusting an Enchant, names of Royal Enchanters will be shown in blue.

  • Royal Artisans receive their own speech bubble icons.

  • Royal Artisan Party recruitment UI has been added.

    • Displays a special party recruitment window when used.
