In the previous act, he was simply called "Laurence". might be worth making this uniform.

it's only specific to this model/mouth, too. the other one is fine.
a wild guesstimate would tell me that the original mouth was probably something similar to 'cordial smile', except that mouth was released much later. it might be NPC-only. the mouth that replaced it does not exist for players even if it seems similar to Etain's mouth
