It slows down wool collecting by a lot when inventory is full and i cannot loot anymore fine wool

Unfortunately, no. They stacked to two items together since doll bags previously didn't pick up Fine Wool at all. Best to craft them into pillows, that'll eat up the fines very quickly.

Then you can sell the pillows for cash on the AH since they're a commerce item
