I was wondering if it would be easier to fish up the snow crystal or farm par ruins for it

Farming isn't bad. I have better luck making those lucky potions for them though, but that would require synthesis and potion making.

Par ruins now is very short. You can spam it very easily.

It's fishable? Just get an angler's creel and just afk fish overnight

Or spam par normal, it's not a hard/long dungeon
