yeah definitely because i contacted support 2 years ago to change the email
and the emails from the ticket are still there

it sounds like it is the wrong log in and it logged you into a new account

yes but i had played on it for a small bit after i had changed the email
so it was working

your best bet would be to contact support
as I said this happens often and it tends to be that the log in was wrong
specifically this comment mentioned reaching out to support and working with them to identify their account
