I'm looking to buy either light or heavy Saint Guardian armor for my close combat set. Which one is better and better by how much?

if you have extra equip slots autoswap turned on, might as well just go heavy armor when you switch to your 2hander

the loss from dex shouldn't really matter much if you're using the 2hander after all

There's also the thing that HA gives more defensive stats so you get your damaged reduced better than light armor overall.
