So unfortunately for ban appeals we can’t check tickets until they get to the front of the queue with the system, but yours should be in the queue. Because it’s a small team that handle ban appeals it will take a while to get to it. Avoid opening new tickets as this deletes the first one and effectively puts you to the back of the queue. When a staff member opens your ticket you should let them know about you dynamic IP as this will explain the auto ban for ban evading. If you get a message saying ticket closed then I would message in here or @ me as then there is an issue

The appeal team is intentionally kept small because appeals require careful review and consistency. Adding more people isn’t always as simple as it sounds. They need to be experienced and properly trained to handle sensitive cases.

seams like maybe the automated ban hammer anti cheat system is possibly banning incorrectly more often then not. there is 107273 total bans since the start of tracking, and you only have 4 people looking into ban appeals.

i have 0 account bans 1k+ hours in rust and over 100 in BR servers and admins don't have the power to unban an account that is far from the possibility of cheating or playing with a cheater legitimately.

my steam is linked you can even check discord and steam friends and no cheaters and all 0 ban accounts. yet i have to wait a month to play BR servers because they cant get to my ticket in time before my ban runs out. sad sad sad sad team. big L. Ultimately the people dealing with ban appeals are not just sat there looking through appeals all day, that isnt what happens. We have a small ban appeal team which work their way through them. I understand that if you were banned for something such as suspicious account it may be frustrating as sometimes these can be due to low hrs, however if your banned for breaking our rules.. don't break them in the first place.

unfortunately, our ban appeals team is significantly smaller than the main staff team so it can take weeks/months for a ban appeal to be looked over as they work in a queue system, and we get multiple appeal tickets a day so its very hard for them to work through it. I apologise for any frustration caused 🙂

First of all, I'm not lying and do not appreciate that accusation, second of all it can take anywhere from 2-3 hours to months depending on how much evidence you've provided, how many of our ban app team are active at anyone time there are all variables that come into account whilst looking over such a ticket. Once again sorry for any inconvenience caused.

To cut a long story short, if 100 people put in a ban appeal and your the 100th person you will get looked at last as they work in a queue we apologise for the time it takes for such tickets to be looked over and we thank you for your patience.
