Some cases are straightforward while others require additional checks, logs or discussions before a final decision can be made. The ticktes are taken from oldest to newest, which is why yours might take longer.

I also nderstand the frustration with waiting, especially if you feel your appeal has been open for a long time, but arguing with staff or insulting the team in chat is not goin to speed it up for you.

As for the comments about the staff team, Trial Moderators or any moderators, are not responsible for handling ban appeals or making final ban decisions. Those are handled separately by higher staff depending on the type of ban and what needs reviewing.

Feedback about response times is fair, and I do agree that appeals should ideally be handled faster.
However, please keep the discussion respectful rather than turning it into arguments or attacking staff members personally.

Okay @mild aspen , there was a facepunch bug (and apparently still is) that lets arctic respawn once at the beginning of wipe and then never again until next wipe, that’s why I asked you before if you were still having issues.
Try and wait a bit longer, and as qnton said stay far enough away from arctic for it to be able to respawn
