I recommend you open a player report when you do run into cheaters, it's the fastest way to get rid of the cheaters in your server. Admins don't stick around and fly around in servers just to look for a cheater, we do things based on your reports, so if you do want to get rid of cheaters, please do open a ticket in the future. 😊

If you're talking about a Ban Appeal, it's gonna take a while, we have multiple Ban Appeals and a small team who deal with them. Since the tickets are done from oldest to newest, your ticket will take some time.

I looked into it and apparently it could be because of pc issues like them not having a lot of ram like 16 gigs and below so it causes the game to kinda buffer and have a memory overload so “disconnecting and reconnecting” kinda acts as a server refresh or can be caused by packet loss and other client side issues if you want I can look into a list of troubleshooting issues you can try to fix it

Some servers may be fine because they have less plugins and smaller map sizes or less monuments if that makes sense

Ban appeals can take a while due to the new for careful review and a smaller team. You are placed in a queue which they are working through so they will get to you eventually. There is unfortunatley no set timeframe.

Just don't make any new ban appeals as this can push you to the back of the queue

sorry to jump in here, we have a small team that check ban appeals compared to the amount of ban appeals we get, these things can take time to review. We are not able to just look at your ticket after you asking as it would be unfair to others

If you wanted something with a lot of players on wipe day I'd recommend a 2x. But if you want something more chill, fun, and easy I'd recommend that 5x.

if you reset your controls in settings it should reset your key binds
