To keep the gameplay smooth and FPS high, we’ve kept them disabled for now—however, our team is actively looking into optimizations and working on a fix to bring them back without compromising stability.

And yes, i just checked, there are many Monuments since the highest pop right now is a Quad server, so there are many Teams inside of a large map - You can see the Map being from A to AF its a large map grid which requires many possibility's to loot + Mouments in General are an easier point to handle for Servers then a newly fresh Content Update, which isnt Programmed to perfection over the years of Rusts lifetime.

I actually play Actively and i can say it gets quieter every 2 Days but then a new one Starts up and alot of servers are like that on the Community side, Wiping would mean we would delete many Player Progress over and over and some People enjoy to just continue even if its quieter on the Server. Thats why we have mulitple Bestrust Server so there is a Server atleast every 2 Days that just wiped! :D

A friend of mine got banned for ban Evading because there was an Account that got banned 2 Years ago that had the same IP adress as his IP, so the Server thought hes ban Evading because of the same IP, which wasnt the Case since we were new on Bestrust.

So this issue will be resolved as soon as someone watches over your Ticket, there will be an awnser to that 100%.

do keep in mind tickets are handled in the order they are received. if you have some patience’s for them i’m sure they’ll get everything resolved for you as soon as possible. they do have times where they are a little over loaded but i can assure you they’ll get to you when they do. and when they do get to that ticket i’m sure they’ll resolve the issue

okay i understand. if you were banned no matter the cause in game on one of our servers. you will not receive action in the discord as we give everyone a chance to appeal if they feel there ban was un fair. with that being said, all our staff who has that type of access to ban dont ban for nothing. there has to be proof that you’ve done something that causes them to take that course of action. i suggest its best to wait for them to answer your ticket and just keep an eye out for it. they will handle it with the up most respect and understanding with the situation.

@molten loom Hey if you don’t mind be coming in; I do really understand how frustrating it is to be banned ESPECIALLY if there isn’t a reason, tho sometimes our bots are a little to effective and does its job a little to well like a micro managing employee.. We’ve all had one of those. We’ve unfortunately had a lot of player banned for either no valid reason or the complete wrong reason. I promise you all of the tickets and appeals that are being made about this are being taken care of as fast as possible. Our dear admins have a lot on theirs hands and a bunch of tickets to attend. Again I understand your frustration but with that said our people are working hard to get to your appeal. I understand if you in the meantime do not wanna be a part of your servers, but we also hope as soon as your issue with the ban is resolved you will come back.

I do agree with that sounding really odd..! But as the other mod said it’s the bot and not us who bans. But your bots sometimes does do unfair bans and we look into those appeals as fast as we can. If your friends account has engaged in any form of suspicious or abnormal activities the bot may have picked up on it and used the suspicious account as the reason. So as mentioned that’s when out ticket appeal system comes in, every appeal is looked into as fast as your admins are able to tackle them.
