If your talking about the Discord Tag Kit, Then you have to enable the server tag "BEST" from the dropdown menu when you click top left corner on "Bestrust Servers" and then click on "Server Tag" and "Adapt". Once thats done you can head over to https://link.bestrustservers.com/profile and press on "Verify". Then in game you can do /auth to authenticate yourself. Once everything is done you can claim the kit.

There are many Reasons which are unavailable for us to see, so Ticket is really the perfect way to find out. Its Important that you do just one, even if it takes a few days, so you dont delete your last Ticket by creating another.

If you believe the ban is incorrect, you should submit a ticket with any proof you have like clips or screenshots.
Staff can review what happened and check whether it was a false flag or related to the actual incident.
