not all admins handle ban appeals, only a small team, and all tickets are in a queue, they look at them in order the come in so its not unfair by letting anyone skip the queue, you will get an answer through the bot from an anonymous admin but it does take a while

It was disabled because it was causing performance issues for a lot of players. Even if it works fine for some, it was leading to lag for others, so it was turned off to keep the servers stable overall.

It’ll come back once the issue is properly fixed by Facepunch.
