On the server we were on, we were trying to raid our opponent. We tried to raid 2 times and they took our 100 rockets. We spent an average of 1,5 days to reach these 100 rockets and we reported this situation to the admins but we got no help. It means nothing to us now. Thank you bestrust.

The rule violation they did - teammate.
We lost 1.5 days on average because of one rule violation and the admins did not take any action. They said that we can't look at your ticket right now, it's busy 🙂 but all our game pleasure was lost. However, we had all our evidence, our clips, the admin could have corrected this situation by giving only a maximum of 5 minutes. But he ignored our efforts and did not look.

Have you done the set-up in your base? With the Raid alarms?

You press Esc when you're on the server and you see "Pairing". You pair your server with your Rust+ app and then you can look up a youtube video on how to set up the alarm and you use the Wire tool on your alarm and pair it with your phone.

Also, if you have the Server connected from last wipe, you might need to remove it and do the Pairing again for it to properly work!
