As a couple people have said I agree that the offline raid protection will potentially help make there be PVP. Because raiding somebody offline is just PVE.

But whether or not it works is definitely going to be up to how it is put in but that's one of the nice things about having a community like this, changes can be made to the system if the attention is brought up to them that something's wrong.

Strats you must be rarted if you don't know how testing works, they test on a dev server in this case staging, it all worked so it was ported over to prod server and the bug is prod specific
