It used to be more in the past, but since facepunch added the cached server browser, the servers that have lower than 200 pop aren't visible in the server browser because fake pop server load in with the same speed now.

The max connected players to their server was 465 pop (with queue) and the pop the next day was 238, so their pop halved.
The pop on our weekly trio server for example was 320 after forced wipe and 133 the next day, the loss is almost the same and I did not even consider that a max 6 servers die slower than a trio servers do.

yea that does makes sense but you are no offense cherry picking i played this saturday this specific server client.connect trio-4.bestrustservers.com the pop on wipe day was barely 160 next day 50-60 it was never above 60 maybe 61 or 62 but doesnt matter third day pop wasnt more then 10

I don't agree with this. There are 10.000 Rust servers, so if players don't want to continue their wipe they would be able to find a new server anyways. They won't change servers if they are having fun on the server they are currently playing on.
