in the pwo - create section add 'and Prequest' to Mythic Storm King

I have noticed alot of players posting the prequest in the pwo - carry section instead of prequest i think that if you add the above to the tile it may help with that

I haven't seen that, but I figured some people might do this even with the prequests listed in the description of MSK
