#Disappearance of all my mercenaries

My power went out while I was starting a game, but when I logged back in, all my mercenaries were gone.
What am I supposed to do?

I guess they are lost forever

If they're not in Game.ini or Game_Backup.ini, and you don't have a backup, then yes they're gone. I recommend you back up your files regularly.
