Weapon and character customization/preview screen is black in Totenwald map

Whenever I'm playing any game mode on the Totenwald map, I am not able to see the screen where I customize my character or switch out the weapons or change how they look or how I look because the screen will be black so I just have to use the weapons or armor that I already have. Thank you
