Decided to finally customize my character faces after not doing it since launch. And ended up losing character slots to very specific names that I assume are save files for those character loadouts. It shows up that they exist by showing a orange icon on the left. it shows that I have buy points on a character, But I don't have access on viewing that slot since I edited the facial features. IDK if has to do with the new dlc as well since I have those on when I edited the character.
