  • This is a very limited resource that you get from progressing the Main Story (Parts 1, 1.5 and 2) of Fate/Grand Order.
  • You can currently get a total of 1069 Pure Prisms if you clear Part 2 Chapter 6.5 and all Part 1.5 (EoR) stories.
  • The shop is also currently limited to 100 pieces per material, no announcements were made if there are plans to refill the shop.

What do I buy from the Pure Prism Shop?

  • For new players, it is better to prioritize materials that aren't accessible to you (e.g. Part 2 materials)
  • It is advisable that you only do this if you're really stuck in progressing the story. Make good use of the Follow functionality and for fights that has forced supports, they sometimes are doable with the low rarity units and those units just needs materials from the first part of the game.
  • Don't buy the materials unless you have a unit to use them on.
  • There's also an option of holding onto the Pure Prisms until you need materials from a new Main Story Chapter (e.g. LB7), but this will also depend on Aniplex if they're going to update the Pure Prism shop immediately after chapter release or not.

Which units should I prioritize?

  • You could focus on the supports. For example, Skadi, Castoria and Koyanskaya of Light needs their battery skills to be at Level10 to be useable in 3-turn parties.
    -- As a side note, Waver is useable at 1/1/1 so you can level his skills later.
  • For dps units, prioritize their batteries. Having an NP readily available makes some fights trivial.

7th Anniversary Update (August 2022)

  • Ascending servants will now reward Pure Prisms. You get 1 Pure Prism per ascension from 1st-3rd ascensions. Prisms are only rewarded on the first copy you ascend, any dupes won't reward more Pure Prisms.
