Latency and ping are different, ping is data sent to one direction while latency is the round "trip".

Last time I was told this by a man of equal authority I ended up here at 3:30am trying to get unbanned for the second time over some of the same circumstances and situations that had been dealt with prior, but I can see this seems to be the conclusion of any further investigatory bannings. The problem is, is that the person who banned you know what you did. An admin can write it down but it makes it much easier on our side to use the admin that had banned the player. I can see from your side that this can be frustrating however it makes it quicker and easier for us to send the person who banned instead of another admin.

Well considering you were clearly friendly with the revive, asking to share rockets to raid the base back, its all a bit too much unfortunately. You need to be careful to not exceed the limit and in a raid situation where players can loose progress to two teams that were exceeding the limit, I unfortunately cannot just appear and tell you to stop. With I didn't have to result in a ban but that's the way it goes. All of you are unbanned once the server next wipes and I hope you can be a little more careful in the future.
