I @ed multiple times over a span of several days to no avail. Later I remembered a chat mod on rustoria i played with a few months back was in my discord server and i asked her what i should do and she said i should to dm him directly instead of @ing him. i proceeded to sent him a friend request which till this day was never accepted so i still cant dm him about my false bans. Support is for general questions/appealing bans/helping with figuring out linking/etc. The ticket system is for directly reporting to admins. I promise you we take every single ticket seriously- and if you think that they are all cheating, fine, but specify that in your ticket that unfortunately you can't single out one and maybe add in why you believe them to be cheating. Calling them out in here is also a step down from calling out in game chat, which makes it more difficult for us to investigate as players that are accused can augment their gameplay to help evade detection...This is a public discord- the ticket system is private for that reason.

That's not the normal experience, no. But I get that you're frustrated and I hope you realize that we try our best to address every single concern. Please know though that we have human limitations- we can't be everywhere at every second. Also people that you think are cheating aren't always cheating. The player perspective is tough like that. In regard to scripting, it can be insanely difficult for us to tell with certainty due to the lack of true 1st person perspective. In those case I highly recommend using F7. I've seen them caught a ton but it's admittedly not going to be right that second- that has to do with EAC and anticheat detection, not us. But man, we care just as much as you do. @spare widget I get that you are trying your best, I really do. You really do need to understand that it makes it insanely difficult to enjoy the server when players are cheating (with VAC bans mind you). F7 is the equivalent to going to a game dev's twitter and saying "so and so is cheating" , it ultimately does nothing for the players at the moment of time that its NEEDED. I've enjoyed this server for the past few wipes, but if you can't get to enough people on your server that make tickets, then don't you think the next best step would be to hire more staff? I mean the server makes more than enough money to hire. I'm in no way trying to undermine what you do, but the player experience should always come before anything else on a server like this.

@raw imp I've had hundreds of players banned effectively through an F7. Sometimes in as short as 30 seconds. It all depends. Also, VAC bans have nothing to do with Rust. Just because an account has a VAC ban (often a year prior or more) doesn't mean that they're cheating. We take everything in mind when evaluating a situation. Please just trust the system. Rust has cheaters- that's something that we all know, but I truly believe that we get them off the server system at an extremely successful rate. I firsthand see the turnaround time on thousands of tickets and it's impressive. But again, I get that you're frustrated. Looking into your issues now

That's a very automated response and ignored the vast majority of the issues I just brought up. At the end of the day, I can't make the staff do anything, You're going to decided what you want to do. I'm coming to the discord to voice my concerns about the server health, but if you would prefer to just call me "frustrated" then not much I can do about that. Yes. The problem is that you as the player can't tell when we're looking into everything. And it doesn't happen immediately. Sure, in some cases that are stupidly blatant the trigger is pulled and they're gone. But we need time to look into it all and also you'll have to realize that we can see a lot more than you can as a player. We want to get every cheater off the server possible. And @raw imp, sorry you felt that was an automated response. I'm just trying to tell you how it is and that we do care, a shit ton.
