You are only banned on Trio servers as other servers have higher group limit, and you only broke the 3 man limit.

Chargebacking via Paypal will just make you case worse you can easily talk to Luke as stated above and work something out.

You'll be automatically unbanned the 27th, thats when the server wipes. I will look further into your ban in 3 hours (because thats when iam home). As you were autobanned (so i will personally look into it and make sure there was no mistake that happen.)
Friendly reminder, saying that you will refund the kits because you got banned won't make your case faster, be patient and we can work something out. 😄
