Should work if you do /share and have the code sharing enabled and such. It'll automatically add anyone who you bring into your clan onto everything when that's enabled and when you kick them, remove them from it all. That's when it's working perfectly but sometimes it can bug out a bit. Does the normal functionality not seem to be there?
