Then you can make a report with as much details as possible rather than calling out in chat. People say stuff all the time to troll other players. The sheer amount of times that I've heard players piss off other players saying "turning on my aimbot now" "yep, I do have ESP and I'm going to use it on you" or "Yeah, we're teaming" etc. It doesn't mean much. When you have a concern, we always want to help. But you'll have to help us but not making the situation more difficult. Play it cool- send in a ticket- you'll get a response.
Also, this #support channel is public, so calling out a cheater in here is also detrimental to the progress of an investigation. It's not as bad as calling out in-game but I'd also recommend avoiding that. Saying that in the event that you'd like us to help you to the best of our ability.

Sure, it could be a jumping off point but I'm not going to ban because someone said they're cheating. Again, people say that an insane amount of times a day just to piss other people off, and people take the bait and get very upset.

As far as reports go, it's much more helpful to specify which player you're concerned about rather than accusing an entire clan of hacking. I've looked and believe you're focused on one specific player due to calling them out in chat- please don't do that. I'm looking into it but please understand that calling them out like that in the main chat repeatedly makes it more difficult for us to investigate for you. Lastly, in the case of recoil scripts, it can be extremely difficult for us to tell with certainty due to the lack of true 1st person perspective from Facepunch devs. I'd definitely recommend F7 in that case. If you are thinking something else, feel free to put in a ticket with the player's name and relevant details.
