@near halo I think it's a case by case basis. All tickets are handled as soon as possible, it's just sometimes that means near instantly and other ones will take a bit. EAC is the same- I've had where they've been banned immediately or it's been a couple week delay on a blatant cheater. We'll always try our best for you- and I strongly believe in the team. I don't feel like a community video review scenario would be that helpful honestly. The limited access to information that both players have, and following suit, that moderators have who are also players, leads to some problems. Best bet always though is send in a ticket, do the F7, and make sure not to call out in chat obviously, as that can severely limit our ability to investigate effectively.

I can tell you right now it was a combination of what we believed to be your team associating with a player who was blatantly cheating as well as multiple members of your team being ridiculously suspicious. Those factors combined led to the delayed earliest appeal time.
