@fierce oak Voice chat moderation is next to impossible to prove unfortunately, I know it may be frustrating from your perspective, but look at it from ours, voice footage can easily be manipulated. You can also not 100% prove the voice has originated from a given player when multiple are around, or outside of your base for example.

Having played many hours of Rust, completely agree that it can be obnoxious/unsavory/downright frustrating/etc. But Ryan makes a good point about the nightmare it is moderating from our perspective. What I've always done and definitely recommend it in those instances is to temporarily disable voice chat in the game settings. But if anyone is being racist in main chat and you don't see it addressed, definitely let us know and we'll gladly take care of it.

But I get it, some people are extremely offensive. We have no tolerance for racism (beyond just rules, I personally hate it and think there's no place for it anywhere in life obviously) but hopefully you get why the policy is in place. Same with DMs as you can use the command "/ignore add (playername)" if someone is using that medium to bother you
