If not you can fix this by either extending the foundation of your main base to have your TC cover it or, you can place an external TC to cover it so it does not decay.

He is using aim hacks to laser people across the map with his AK in full auto. He is shooting everyone and everything that moves no matter how far they are as long as he has line of sight.
