As far as I'm aware, you got them and used them, there was no errors on awarding you them, and you left it 7 days to come and tell us they were missing.
You bought them the same time as Kit Hero, you left the server to re-join and had them automatically awarded by the server.
And you've never mentioned it in game nor on Discord until today. Which just tells me you're trying it on with me.
