If you have an issue with a chat mod ItsEfan then you can make a #reports about that specific mod or use /ticket add in game and it'll be looked into

It is split into two commands. So basically if you do /kit hero, it gives you half of what you see advertised on the donation store, and then if you do /kit hero again, it will give you the other half.
