Imagine spending money to support the server and receive some kits. Then once such player has a issue the people that run the server ignore them. Telling such player two different things. "Cant be fixed, rust has to do it them self" then "enable terrain Antihack and we should be good" I'm heated like honestly.

how are any cheaters supposed to ever get banned. the past 2 reports ive made. the player was online. it took someone hours after i made it to actually see it. by then the player was offline. also, once you make a report and it is viewed, if the player is offline you have to make another report. how is this a good report system what so ever. banning cheaters should be an actual role. someone dessignated to watch these reports. someone to view them in game. this isnt fair. step your shit up.

Footage is not, in most cases, substantial enough evidence to ban off of. We spectate/gather other info on most people for the final verdict unless it is obviously something insane and obvious.

Maybe your internet cant handle high pop? When you load in you get spammed with tons of Network updates etc
